[Important Notice] Regarding Reservations Made via Third-Party Booking Sites

Thank you for choosing Ikuji Onsen Tanaka-ya.

We are currently experiencing system synchronization errors with some international booking sites (including Booking.com and Agoda). In some cases, the room type you book does not match the data sent to our hotel.

Example: You book the “Annex (Hanare),” but our system receives a booking for the “Main Building.”

If this error occurs and the Annex is full, we may not be able to move you to your desired room upon arrival.

To ensure you get the room you want: If you booked through a third-party site, please email us to verify your booking details.

Please send the following details to contact@ikujionsen.com:

  1. Name under the reservation
  2. Date of stay
  3. The specific Room Type you booked
