Can I bring my children? What are the rates for children?+

Yes, children are welcome. The rates for children are as follows:

【For Elementary School Students】
〇 Meal similar to adults' ▶ 70% of the adult rate
〇 Kid's Meal ▶ ¥9,900

【For Toddlers (age 2 to pre-school)】
〇 Kid's Meal + Futon ▶ ¥8,800
〇 Kid's Meal only ▶ ¥5,500
〇 Futon only ▶ ¥3,300
〇 No meal or futon (facility usage fee) ▶ ¥2,200

※For infants under 2 years old who do not require meals or a futon, there is no charge.

What is your cancellation policy?+

Our cancellation fees are as follows:
■ 3 days prior to arrival: 30% of the accommodation fee
■ 2 days prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee
■ 1 day prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee
■ On the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee
■ No-show (cancellation without notice): 100% of the accommodation fee

What are your check-in and check-out times?+

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Do you have closing days?+

We are open year-round.

How far in advance can I make a reservation?+

You can book your stay up to 6 months in advance through our online reservation system. For dates further in the future, please contact us by phone.

Can I pay with a credit card?+

Yes, we accept various credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, Discover). We also accept QR code payments such as PayPay.

Is there a bath tax?+

Yes, a separate bath tax of ¥150 per adult per night will be added.

I have food allergies. Can you accommodate them?+

We will do our best to accommodate. Please be sure to inform us of any specific allergies at the time of booking.

Can we have our meals in a private room?+

Yes, all meals are served in private dining rooms.

What time are dinner and breakfast served?+

Dinner starts at 6:00 PM. Breakfast can be chosen to start between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM.

Do you have a parking lot?+

Yes, we have a free parking lot on our property that can accommodate up to 30 cars.

Do you offer a shuttle service from the nearest station?+

Yes, we offer a free shuttle service to and from Kurobe-Unazuki Onsen Station. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.

Is there Wi-Fi?+

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the inn.

What amenities are provided?+

We provide towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, and yukata (robes). The main bath is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Are there any convenience stores nearby?+

Yes, there is a convenience store about a 5-minute walk from the inn.

Can I use the hot spring for day-use only?+

Yes, day-use bathing is available. The hours are from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and the fee is ¥800 per adult.

What are the hours for the main bath?+

You can use the main bath from check-in until 11:00 PM, and in the morning from 6:00 AM.
